Guests voyaging through North America will be taken on a tasteful journey of gastronomic excellence as they not only explore each port’s sites, but also its unique flavors. Culinary Ambassador Regina Charboneau is heading up the new culinary programming, bringing elevated menus of regionally inspired cuisine to the dinner table. With Regina Charboneau's expertise, American Queen Voyages has refined its menus to feature dishes prepared withlocally sourced ingredients. Menus on the Lower Mississippi River are inspired by New Orleans culture and the Sicilian and German influence in the region.
