  1. How about stopping passengers from bringing any alcohol on board. The ship's bars loose money for every bottle of wine and champagne passengers bring on themselves. Then the rest of us have to pay more per drink.
  2. It's a buffet. Micro managed what people take and you will just have angry passengers. It's that simple.
  3. You do know they have to make enough in advance or they will have angry crowds on their hands. Oh yes and charge more anyway because charging more is just part of life.

  5. You do know that if people in the WJ didn’t take huge plates of food, what's left over isn't put in Tupperware and used the next day. Once food is cooked and laid out, if not eaten It's trash. The non waste only comes from food not cooked. It's the same in the MDR. That food is plated in the kitchen long before it's even ordered. If not ordered and eaten that night, it's trash. It's the only way to mass produce food for thousands at a time. Nothing is made to order and taken out of the fridge fresh. When people talk about food waste this always gets me. It really cannot safely be recycled after it's been sitting. Nor would anyone want to pay for leftovers on a vacation. It just doesn't work that way. Cooking for hundreds or thousands a day is not the same as family leftovers. There is waste because it's vs time and volume.
  6. Way past. Trip is weeks away. I would never "eat" the deposit anyway. I worked to hard for that.

  8. Since booking last year I have researched the mistakes. This kinda crap is not something I ever thought to look for in advance. I was spoiled by a real company.
  9. Not since 2006. Moved on to Disney and boy am I sorry I came back. Never ever had a single customer service issue in 20 Disney cruises. Not one.

  17. When I booked a year ago I was unaware of what I was getting into. I've since learned so very much. All of it bad.
  18. It's hardly reversing when some with trips paid in full are getting bills for $100 still owed instead of $50. It's a s*** show.
  19. Think about this: They were supposed to give $50 obc. They gave $100. But now everyone is reporting they are trying to take back $100, NOT just the $50 they over gave them. So even this is a mistake.
  20. Notice when the mistake is in there favor they fix it in under 4 hours. Like thugs finding various ways to get it back.
  21. Yes. More often than not. This is now the 4th and 5th (today alone) complete disasters since January 2020.

  23. And instead of pretending they ment all along for it to be $100 and look like they knew what they were doing, they are letting everyone see yet another mistake. Really bad call.
