I would be very upset too. In my opinion, Norwegian should not be selling this stateroom until the severe noise problem, which they know is an issue, is fixed by installing soundproofing. Even if research was done, nobody would expect that a "noisy" room, especially at the penthouse level, would be so loud the occupants can't sleep at night. If I paid $10,000 for a stateroom I couldn't sleep in, I would be livid.

You may modify or cancel your offer up until 5 hours prior to departure, provided that your offer has not already been accepted by NCL and provided your credit card has not been charged. 9. When will I know if my offer got accepted? Your offer can be accepted anytime from the moment it is submitted up until 0 days prior to departure. My best guess is they may be currently processing the upgrade for you, as you should be able to change it until 5 hours before departure otherwise. You could contact Norwegian and ask what is happening.

I am traveling on my second Norwegian cruise in April, on the Joy. On my first cruise I was on the Escape, and we used our two included specialty meals at Onda and Cagney"s. Both were amazing and we're definitely eating at Cagney's again on the next cruise on the Joy. However, I'm still trying to decide where to use my second meal on the next cruise. Joy has La Cucina instead of Onda. What are your thoughts on La Cucina vs. Onda? Is La Cucina as good?
