  1. What happens to the leftover FCC if your new cruise cost less?
  2. Received our FCC today and it's less than we paid for the cruise. Does RCI refund the taxes a different way or did they short us?
  3. Still haven't received my Dec. 11th canceled cruise yet. Does it come as a regular email?
  4. Had an 11 day Western Caribbean booked out of Galveston on December 6th. Evidently that's gone.
  5. I'm just getting over COVID and never had a temperature. Lost taste and smell and had a weird taste in my mouth but nothing else.

  7. No problem wearing a mask if mandated. I’m beyond the tanning stage in life and I’m recovering from COVID. Thank goodness it was a minor case which I got from a family member. Let my guard down and didn’t wear my mask which I had left in my vehicle and paid the price.

  10. The deposit showed Celebrity but the final payment was charged by the TA.
  11. Have used in the past without any problems. No friend or relative but does give more OBC than10 percent on this cruise. Repeat customers get extra OBC for repeat bookings.
  12. Thats what caused the problem. Our deposit was charged by RCI but the TA charged the rest of the cruise which normally RCI does.
  13. We booked an Alaskan cruise which should have sailed on June 04 but it was canceled with all other cruises. This is when the problem started. We chose to have our money refunded in March and received our deposit back in about 4 weeks. We expected the rest of our money to be refunded shortly after we received the deposit but it never showed on our bank card. I checked with RCI and of course couldn't get any info since it was a group booking through a TA. Checked with the TA who checked with RCI and they sent us a list of 5 different credit card numbers with different amounts of refunds and said
