  1. We didn't get a coupon book this time...and yes, I know most think it's worthless but I always manage to us a coupon or two. Is anyone able to share their coupon book? In the past it wasn't actually a "book" but a few pages of printed coupons. Thanks in advance.
  2. Jeans have been allowed for years as long as there are no holes and no frayed hems. I don't think the color matters although I like the look of black jeans for formal night!
  3. I would just tell him to only pack one pair of long pants just in case the shorts are not allowed.
  4. The flip flop restriction is mostly for men, I think. If they are dressy they are sandals and not flip flops. So I imagine if the guys want to wear silver or gold slip flops they would be allowed...LOL....they probably wouldn't bat an eyelash!
  5. If you really enjoy the gowns and tux you should try Cunard....that is still the standard on formal nights as far as I know. AND you have to stay in the formal attire all evening in all the venues.
  6. Makes sense to us and that is what we do!
  7. Yup! Sure was!! DH had nor...we believe he got it at the market in Tahiti. What a mess it was to reschedule flights since we originally used miles but had to buy lots more miles to book the new flights.
  8. Ditto...I have also found that even though we had a reservation it was easy enough to tweak the time if we wanted.
  9. No one will know anything. Even on the ship if you ask the crew or officers no one knows where they are docking. Believe me, I have asked.
  10. Enchanted on June 8th which is our 49th Anniversary!
  11. On Princess if they have the table set up at check-in, they usually ask to see at least the top of the bottle of wine or champagne to make sure it's not booze.
  12. Thanks all....just as I thought but nice to have other's experiences!!
  13. Oh yes, Holly we are definitely going!! I figured we would dress smart casual unless it's formal night and then just a bit dressier....we don't go all out on formal night. Thanks for the info....Can't wait!
  14. Is there a dress code or suggestions for the 360 Experience?
  15. We are sailing on 10/17, I wonder when they will let us re-book the dining reservations that Princess has already removed from our reservations?
  16. Not sure why, except that they are changing the way the dining works so I heard by June (17th?) they will be erasing all existing reservations until the new dining is in place. So maybe they aren't letting folks make reservations. Our MDR reservations have been removed from our October sailing, although the Specialty ones remain.
  17. We have re-used them as long as the zip closure is still intact. If packing in the suitcase we still pack it between clothes for extra padding just to be on the safe side. Supposedly if your bottle does break, the "diaper" will hold all the liquid!
  18. We use Wine Diapers if we pack in the suitcase. https://www.amazon.com/Wine-Diaper-Reusable-Protective-Absorbent/dp/B00308FONW/ref=asc_df_B00308FONW/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=693770002205&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=5237871826312297250&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9011569&hvtargid=pla-511432833312&psc=1&mcid=e53dd3bb45633a4f9e67ff5cd52bd2f9&gad_source=1
  19. Or those who like a particular wine to celebrate a special occasion but don't want to pay $155 for it when you bring the one from home and all you have to pay is the $20 corkage.
  20. I get it every time we sail so it's not just in reserve dining.
  21. We did it when it was 28 days (turned into 29) I didn't think it was too long though.
  22. Does anyone have an idea of what the theme is for the "I Love This" party on the Enchanted Princess?
