  1. How many people is that for two? If we are sailing with two other friends and they just buy the Vibe pass I assume that we can share with them...unless the cabana police are going to be out 🙂
  2. So when do you have access to reserve a cabana, only after you purchase the Vibe pass I assume? Are they rented per day or for the week?
  3. Thanks for the info all. Glad to hear that they made the Vibe larger 🙂. I always wondered if they got enough use out of the laser tag to justify the space.
  4. We last sailed on the Joy Sept 2023, and are heading back this June. I am curious to know what modifications were made to the Vibe? Did they change the size and make a section of it public, like on the Bliss? What are the production shows following the dry dock? Based on the fact that NCL didn't add a thermal pool in the recent spa renovation, we will skip purchasing a spa pass for the week. However we would like to enjoy the space for a day. Can anyone confirm that they are selling spa day passes and if so, how many and how much are they per day? Thanks for any info!
  5. Does anyone have a current copy of the Food Republic menu? My wife and I ate there for the first time last Sept on the Joy and loved the selections, however the sample menu they have online now looks paired down. I was just curious if that was because it was a sample menu of if they really cut down on the choices. We will be on the Joy again in June and just doing some planning haha. Thank you.
  6. So based upon the footnotes on the Latitudes benefits webpage, each dining coupon is good for one appetizer, one entree and one dessert and should you select to use your coupon in a specialty restaurant that is ala carte then each person is allowed four menu items. It lists the restaurants such as Sushi, Wasabi, Nama, Teppanyaki, Hasuki, Food Republic, Pincho Tapas Bar or Raw Bar. Does anyone know what is allowed in the Texas Smokehouse?
  7. I agree, reservations are the way to go especially if you dine during the more popular hours. I did that the American Diner now appears to complementary for our upcoming cruise on the Joy, is that an accurate statement or just a trick? 🙂
  8. If it helps muddy the waters my two sons (24 and 21) are both gold with 68 and 61 pts. I do not recall contacting NCL to give them their prior cruise credits upon their 18th birthday, and I know that they didn't call NCL 🙂. However, they have both cruised a few times since turning 18 so I am not certain if that triggered the latitudes program to update or if they were grandfathered in, based on the date when the program changed,
  9. Thanks very much all, I appreciate your feedback!
  10. My wife and I recently qualified as platinum Latitude members and I had a few questions about how the perks work before our next sailing on the Joy in June. According to the Latitudes webpage, platinum level guests receive dinner for two with a bottle of wine and then the next line lists dinner for two. Does that mean two separate dinners? According to the foot notes aka fine print, it appears to be the equivalence of a specialty dining credit and coupons will be issued. Should we make a reservation ahead for the dinner(s) just as we would with a specialty dining credit? Another perk listed is the ship tour, should we make the reservation ahead via the website and pay, then just work out a credit or simply book it once we are onboard? Thank you for any information that you may be able to share.
  11. Good afternoon and thanks for taking us along! Can you please share how many outlets you have in the room? Also interested in the thermal spa and any other helpful hints you have to share. Thanks again.
  12. Great news. So what time did they allow you to begin boarding?
  13. Glad to hear that all is going smoothly, I was concerned about the embarkation process being slightly disorganized and we board when you return. Have a great cruise, looking forward to following along!

  15. Thanks, unfortunately non are weekend days. Figure that it will be very similar, but trying to plan to get back in time for the sunset catamaran sailing at 6:30.
  16. We will be arriving in Bermuda, on the Getaway September 24-25, 2022. We would like to visit St George's but the public orange line ferry doesn't appear to operate on the weekends. Does any know the current schedule for the complimentary NCL ferry from Royal Naval Dockyard to St George's and back? Thanks.
  17. Good point, just figured it would bring it back to the top of the que. Had searched for the 2022 weekend schedule with no luck thus far, thanks.
  18. We are sailing on the Getaway to Bermuda and will be in port September 24-24, 2022, which is a Saturday and Sunday. The Bermuda Ferry service orange line doesn't run on weekends according to what I saw on their website. Does anyone know the weekend schedule for the NCL ferry to St George's? Or is it the same as the weekend days, as posted above?
  19. We will be sailing on the Getaway in September and will be in port on Saturday and Sunday. The orange line to St George's doesn't appear to run on weekends, does anyone have the NCL Ferry schedule for Saturdays and Sundays or is it the same regardless of what day of the week it?
  20. I too would like to purchase the deluxe drink package and the refreshment package for my wife, then using the diamond drink vouchers when she wants a cocktail. I can't do it online, so I called Royal and they would not let me purchase the refreshment package for her unless it was for a "medical" reason. Has anyone been successful with this concept? If so please share, thanks. Not trying to get "away" with anything, just want to use the perks that we have earned.
