  1. Are the E Med tests being accepted for Bermuda? I am debating on the transatlantic with the stop in Bermuda. It would mean testing while in Lisbon, since I would go over a few days early. I am hoping that NCL drops Bermuda from this cruise, like it has others. Thanks
  2. I have never booked my air with NCL...Will they allow you to request arrival a day or 2 in advance of the cruise? Thanks
  3. I am at 74 points, 1 away from next tier. When I book my next cruise, will I automatically be granted the new tier status at the beginning of the cruise, or does it go into effect at the end? Thanks
  4. Years ago, around 15 or so, in New Orleans, the fuel truck had a coupling on the hose come off..1 or 2 cages full of luggage got soaked with diesel fuel. The passengers did not find out until after the cruise had set sail. There is no way you can wash/clean the luggage and the contents... Luggage falling into the water, though a rare occurrence, still happens occasionally. I bring on 1 medium size and 1 back pack...always carry on. When my husband used to cruise with me, we did 1 large, 1 medium, and tote. Always carried it on. The porters would tell you, as you passed by, that you would have to check it...but I know better..having done so many, many times.
  5. I tested positive after my last cruise ,4/30 - 5/7/22. I had to cancel my next one, 5/21/22. I tested again within the 10 days prior to that cruise in order to cancel with out penalty. I had an international trip scheduled for 6/6/22. I went to my Doctor and got him to give me a document, on the letterhead, stating that I had Covid within the last 90 days, and that I am cleared for travel. Luckily I did not need to use it, since the US Govt. declared that negative tests were no longer mandated to enter the US from international travel. Basically, you will need the same approximate document, along with a positive test from within the 90 day window. I would recommend a test from Walgreen or CVS, instead of EMed, just to be on the safe side.
  6. Native way is still in business. They made it thru the pandemic (barely). If you are looking for a great excursion, at a decent price, check them out. I have gone on over 20+ excursions with them in the last 15 years. Their website is nativewaywatersports.com. If for some reason, they can not accommodate you, they will recommend someone else. Thanks
