I am signing off until tomorrow morning, when I will check to see if I am correct.
BINGO... Nordcap (North Cape) Honningsvag Norway.
About as far north in Norway you can go on an extraordinary itinerary. The photo was taken at midnight during summer solstice.
We sailed on Marco Polo (Alexandra Pushkin) which just a few weeks ago, was sent for scrap with other ships in the CMV fleet. That night we took excursion from the port, arriving back around 3am to commence a continued daylight deck party prior to sailaway.. Memorable party, as we watched the other ship in port (MSC ARMONIA) sail off.. Cruise director likened the name to an infectious disease as the band played Rule Britania.

Close enough, full name Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building or nickname Tochō. When we got there these really well dressed people would come up to us with laminated cards in all sorts of languages when they knew our language they held up a card so we could read the observation deck was closed.
All yours😉.
This was our view from the Observation Deck... Will find our new challenge in the morning.

You are in Bergen, Norway on a fine day. That is why no one recognises it.
BINGO !! Bergen it is.. Most photos of Bergen are of the highly recognisable waterfront buildings. Taking the fenicular you arrive at our photo point at Mt Floyen, with panoramic views.. Have had good weather on each of several visits there. This was taken in 2019, and no wait lines, so was the first time we went up the mountain.
Over to you !!

Scandinavia somewhere?
Yes.. The meaning of Scandinavia is a group of countries in northern Europe that includes Denmark, Norway and Sweden, sometimes also Finland, Iceland and the Faroe Islands. Where???

That's the one. It was quite fascinating to wander around it.
Your turn.
Yes it is. In that environment, it's also amazing how they get all whites "whiter than white" 🙂

Guildford high street, Surrey, England
Whoops.. Sorry Qbay... That slipped me somehow.... Yes, High St in Guildford.. Actually my mothers birthplace. She came to Australia as a child with adoptive parents.. She never told anyone that she was adopted, and we only found out after she died. She had been trying to make contact back at Guildford. We have researched a lot and still gathering the info she would have loved to know.. We love visiting there each time we are in UK..

I will suggest we are in England.
Probably a town with a castle.
England, yes, but where? Ruins of castle here, as it seems the norm for many places around England.. 🙂
