  1. Good day all, Earlier this winter there was a travel event planned in our city. This is our Jubilee year of marriage and we were looking for a special trip. We sat in on the Viking presentation and was impressed with the presentation for both the river and ocean products. All was well until the open question period. One person in the audience asked if the presenter has heard of Cruise Critic. The presenter responded that Cruise Critic was not real popular with the travel industry. It is instances like this that I really understand why that might be. It’s now almost 3 weeks since I’ve heard from Viking so I’m giving them and my TA the benefit and waiting until the end of the week. Then I’m going to cancel the cruise, and probably fire my TA. rnrcruzin

We hope to have more information within the next two weeks, and would encourage you visit our website for updates. Should any changes to the itinerary be confirmed, we will notify you directly. If you are unhappy with the changes made to your sailing, you will be refunded. Your booking has been notated. 3. Same here except we need an answer this next week as we will be on the road without access to the internet. Other folks have alread canceled their stops in Cuba and in some cases offer full refunds.
  4. Do you have to have the WiFi package in order to use the Hub app?
  5. Next year isa big year for us -- we will be celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. We’ve a bucket list trip planned for the summer with a Scottish/Ireland tour. Weare, IMHO, experienced cruisers with 10 cruises under our belt. We are in ourlate 60’s. So we’re looking for a cruise, in the winter, say January orFebruary ’19, to escape the Minnesota winter and to kick off this Jubilee yearfor us. I’m thinking 14 days or more. Wehave no preference for cruise line or destination. So, I’mputting this to the collective. Any ideas were we can go. Thanks in advance foryour suggestions. Bob andRosemary
