  1. Our sale price for our Jan. 2022 cruise is $50. Husband wanted me to buy it anyway. Maybe it will go lower in the future......I'm hoping. $43 is a terrific price. I paid that for a cruise that we took in 2019. 🙂
  2. We're on the Explorer on 1.9.22. The deluxe beverage package was $84 pp per day. Today, it is $50 pp per day. Still too high for us, especially since this is a very port intensive cruise, plus we're diamond members. We have already purchased the lunch in Chops on the day of embarkation, but that price didn't change.
  3. Sorry, I meant to post this in the Barbados boards.
  4. Oh I know. I wasn't planning on buying it this early anyway this, but was curious to see what they were currently charging. I have never paid more than $46 pp per day, and don't see us paying much more than that.
  5. This is not my first rodeo. I've never seen it priced THAT high. They're out of their minds!
  6. HOLY ****!!! Are they out of their minds? $84 p.p. per day for the drink package!!!! This is a port intensive cruise...NO sea days! LOL LOL LOL NO WAY!!
  7. I don't know if this has been mentioned in any other thread, but there will no longer be resident and senior rates. However, Celebrity will still have military rates.
  8. We ALWAYS stay at the Sonesta in Fort Lauderdale. It's about .7 miles down the road from the Galleria Mall, beach is right across the street, and service, staff, food is excellent at the hotel. The World Famous Parrot Bar is behind the hotel, and Primanti's Pizza is a block away. They have delicious pizza and very reasonable breakfasts too. There are also many other restaurants within walking distance. You won't be disappointed!
  9. For those of you who have received your updated cabin assignments on the Explorer, did you also receive your $100 for staying booked? Ours is not showing up yet when we log in. I ASSUMED that they just haven't gotten around to applying it yet.
  10. September 2019 out of Boston on Royal Caribbean on what was supposed to be a 5 nighter to Bermuda which turned into a 4 nighter.
  11. In years past, we booked our snorkeling with turtles excursion with Stephen from Thriller Tours. EXCELLENT!
  12. We also are supposed to be hitting same ports, in different order, but now we are also going to St. Kitts, so no sea days on Explorer for us.
  13. We were book on Freedom for 1/9/22 and got reassigned our new cabins on Explorer yesterday. We are traveling with another couple. We had 2 4Ds on deck 9, side by side on Freedom starboard side near forward elevators. My reassigned room was same place on Explorer, but my friends got an aft facing balcony on deck 9. We were not happy, so we changed to 2Ds and paid $30 more pp and now we have side by side rooms on port side on the hump on deck 6.
  14. We canceled our Jan. cruise on the NCL Gem and booked a week at the Outrigger in Fort Myers with friends. This will be our first time spending time on the western coast of Florida.
