Relative got a free room offer from the casino (on paper). Called and there is a $200 deposit per person, which is refunded on board as OBC. Agent said that deposit is non-refundable, but reading elsewhere that it is refundable, in case they can't take the cruise or want to switch dates. Anyone encounter this or have experience with this?

Did you gamble on the casino or how does one get these deals?

Does anyone have a copy of the disembarkation form where you are able to choose your time? Also, on a cruise with a stop to Canada and returning to the US, does one have to fill out any immigration or agricultural forms before entering the US? Thanks.

On rooms e105-109, the obstructed windows looks out to the promenade per pictures on Google. I assume the windows would be tinted? or else folks walking by can stare in.

Thanks - what does this mean for Princess cruisers next July 2023 if you were to predict? I'm not familiar with that area. We were hoping to rent a car to the Yukon. Does that mean Princess will have to take a while to tender everyone? Reading that it takes up to 3 hrs to get a tender to shore. I seriously might reconsider doing the cruise in 2024. Thanks!

Travel agent never responded. They work for a fairly well known agency, which doesn't allow for online booking and its known for its 90 day last minute ticker. TA was referred by a friend. The cruise is for a relative, so a little disappointing they could not get a better room.

the cruise is less than 14 days away so it seem like you can't put a hold on the cabin.
