Here is another excursion I have reserved, but *not* sold out. As you can see, instead of "sold out" it has "reserve" on the right...
Complaints from who? We all saw this, but we are only being charged $9,99 total and it says (on the receipt) good for X days where X=number of days sailing.
We all believe it to be a mistake - either in the wording below (pppd) since the text above says *package*, or a problem above where it says *package* and it should say per day.
Regardless, we all took screenshots of our receipts.
In theory, yes. You pay immediately (but can use OBC if it is loaded early to your account...if this is the case you'll see the amount when you manage the booking).
Cancellation is refundable to original form of payment.

You need to search for which those apply to. It's possible that a cruise leaving in a week doesn't apply...
FWIW, I called Celebrity to ask how the voucher works and was told I would just have a code waiting for me in the cabin. The rep might not have understood exactly what I was asking, and I didn't want to give too many details, so we will see.
Another update on the wifi...the $10 appears to be for any length. I have a 9 and a 14 days cruise...$10 for those too.
And the verbiage is for entire sailing, and notice it say $9.99 *per package*
