NCL direct line.  I mentioned the extension cord today.

I just called and they said that even though they had told me they would supply distilled water, they no longer can do that.

I booked Alaska with grandkids (that will age out of Splash Academy if I don't do it NOW, and it's cancelled because of Covid.   

Got the Balcony upgrade!!!!!    we leave for Alaska Saturday on the Bliss!!!

this is going to be tight. 7 AM is the time I have to get to the car 😮     no breakfast for us lol

I heard someone on a FAcebook group say they just dropped their kids off at Splash Academy today !

this is on the Bliss.  I hope it happens in 5 days when we board!!!

I leave on my cruise on Saturday on the Bliss.  I was told by someone in a facebook group that she just dropped her kids off at Splash Academy on the Bliss. I called NCL and they said nope.  I am wondering who is lying lol  I booked this cruise with 3 grandkids becAUSE of Splash Academy (it's just so much fun for them)  and I'm pretty anxious to see if it happens.  NCL actually said it's supposed to start back up June 1st. we'll see

the day of the cruise, we show up at the pier.  there are 2 lines.  one to show your Vaccination status?  then, you're shuttled to the 

mail check in where you have your passport and/or Birth Certificate to prove your identity. Not sure where to find this info other

Yes, I know.  and, they are charging me the $16.16 (that's what it says on my reservation online) now!

it wasn't working right yesterday either.  couldn't sign in on my phone app.  I know I have the right password.    their website works terribly slow anyway, but this is worse

I’m very used to MSC’s horrid website but didn’t expect it from NCL
