  2. Sorry we just missed Lorraine’s return! She is our favorite! ( we were on in February) We have been very lucky to share dinners with her !💕 What a lovely lady! Please say high to her for us! Regarding P7, we have thought for the last couple years it was the weakest of the 3 specialty restaurants. In February we had issues with the filet. You two crazy kids have a blast!👍 wish we were there! 😸💕😻💗💓

  6. We have been in suite 600 on the Navigator 3 times. Only difference from 601 is it doesn’t have a veranda, only a window Huge room & does have the poll “for dancing “ ! 😂 Yes , you do hear the anchor, not a deal breaker for us. Crew frequently walk by the window, I’d wave! I’ll attempt to add pictures K
  7. Great to hear Star Link WiFi is working on board Mariner!! We will be on board Oct 31. On board Celebrity Equinox (September 2023) has SL WIFI & it was excellent !! Looking forward to some good WIFI !!! Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 the plumbing issues we have experienced on Mariner are resolved. Almost ready to pack !🎉👍🏻💕 🧳 K
  8. This is the same experience we had earlier this year. Plus toilet that didn’t flush & flooding from bathroom into the walk in closet. Not 5 star!!
  9. And……. Who introduced you to those sticky buns? 😋 Fond memories! I got mine delivered to my cabin, in the AM daily by the “resident” butler, 😂 lol! Best of luck with the luggage! What a nightmare! 😻😸💗

  13. Granted, maybe, but I consider entertainers part of paid crew! We were accuse of this ! This was the ships error along with our closet being soaked in water! Affordable, maybe, but with the price of Regent cruise’s Plumbling problems are not acceptable!
  14. Thanks for your input!! Agreed, post Covid things are very different! They accused us!! The concierge called us with this accusation, as reported to him by the plumbers. I did share with the GM that in the cabin next door was a group of young women having a great time on their veranda. ( nothing wrong with that at all ) ! Not sure if they were paying passengers or crew. The GM seemed very interested in this information & wrote down the cabin number. Yes, a banana peel could come from anywhere in the sewer line. Error??? A banana peel in the toilet sounds like malicious behavior! That’s not a mistake , it’s purposeful.
  15. We were on Mariner in October & had serious toilet flushing issues & a water leak into our walk-in closest adjacent to the bathroom. They had the nerve to accuse us if putting a banana peel !!! down the toilet!!! Yes, you heard me right! We scheduled a meeting with the GM. Explaining we have 30+ years of cruising experience & know how sensitive marine/ vacuum toilets are and this accusation was totally bazaar! We swore we would never step foot on Mariner again! So interesting to read this information now. At the time , we thought our situation was an isolated event! Guess not! The whole food and service experience was not up to RSS high level. It almost seemed they were using Mariner as a training ship. We asked the GM about this and he did not deny it. When we return to RSS it will not be on Mariner!!

  17. Oh !! No!! Not just because of this issue for sure!! Lack of breakfast room service on disembarkation is the least of the reasons!! Too many issues to list !!! Everyone enjoy your next H cruise!! We won’t be on board! Cheers 🥂
  18. Lucky us we haven’t been on in a year and a half! Still doesn’t make this rule good or even adequate customer service!! And won’t be returning!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
