From the story that I saw, the person who went off the balcony landed on another passenger at the lower balcony.

We are on a short 3-day cruise. We are not planning to do a paid full day excursion when we are in Nassau.
Im curious if people would say it’s worth it to get off the boat to go see the Atlantis lobby area (but not do the beach/pool area) just to see it.
Or if we should just stay on the boat and enjoy relaxing for the day.
It’s only a 3-night cruise so only want to go if it’s really something people should see.
thanks!
A shared cab is $5.00.

I'm not sure what you're trying to say.
Miami Airport is in Miami.
Bayside Marketplace is in Miami.
Port of Miami is in Miami.
I answered his question as to whether he can walk to the ship from the shopping center.
My bad, I wrote that right before I went to bed. I shouldn't write when I am tired.

I think he/she means Bayside Marketplace which is on Biscayne Blvd not far from the port. But no, there's a bridge from the mainland over to the island where the port is and even if there is a sidewalk over the bridge (not sure one way or another), your ship terminal could be at the very far end of the port. Just take a taxi and be at your ship in 5-10 minutes.
That won't work, they are sailing out of POM. This is their title, Help with ideas for early arrival in Miami before boarding at POM.

In August I flew in the day before but due to issues, I didn't get into FLL until 2 AM. The ship would have sailed if I flew in the day off. I don't take chances.
-
You could check the parking fees at either MIA or FLL. There are many shared shuttles from and back to FLL.

Take the #10 Jitney bus, just tell the driver where you are going, It's $1.25 per person each way.

Has anyone heard of any updates to this story?

I was always under the impression that cruise lines had zero tolerance for violence and aggression. It's really disappointing to see that happen, in full view of plenty of witnesses, with no repercussions for the perpetrator. I'm glad the magician has gone public.
Especially with video of the attack.

Just remember someone took the time and money to purchase the ducks, with cards. If you don't like them, leave it for somebody else who may instead of throwing them in the trash.

Guess your not allowed to say the "C" word on the hallowed boards of Royal. I was interested in the responses as well. Now they will be biased. Like going to a Cubs game and asking what people think of the Cubs. I'd rather know what a Rangers fan thinks of them that way your getting a honest answer...but what do I know.
Cubs are the best. They may not win a lot lately but once a Cubs fan, always a Cubs fan.

Or just book RCCL and watch a guy walk up to the bar next to you and throw down three double shots in thirty seconds with no time limit in between. The bartender didn't even put the bottle down for him, just waited until he put the glass down to refill. LOL! I guess by day four there, it was a pattern. 😂
I have been on many Royal cruises. There is a 5 minute wait before getting another drink or shot. I have seen many people try to order a double, only to get turned down.

Not much in Bimini, we were there in December, it's our least favorite.. Princess is also a tender port plus a beach day, at least it was the last time that we were there. I wouldn't go back to Freeport again. HMC is a great beach day with the best scenery of all the places you mentioned.

Half Moon has better scenery but Coco has more and better things to do.

So a change in pick up location. Good to know. Thanks
Don't want to date myself, but when we started going to the Shack, the huge solo cup drinks were $6 and they often topped off our drinks. Haven't been back in a while, but the last time we visited, our pictures (3) were still on the wall. I think we'll head back on our next stop in Nassau.

I was surprised with the $12.00, the time before it was the $6.00 that you mentioned. The price of fun went up. The drink was really good.

No it doesn't...however at times there was one set up near the drink station on our Jewel & Serenade cruises this past year.
The bar is on the left going into the Windjammer, I would go there in the mornings for Mimosas.

I was in Nassau Jan. 11th, the Bus now picks riders up at Bay & Fredrick, the price is still $1.25. I took a ride to the Daq Shack, the rum drinks were
$12.00.

There is also the #10 Jitney Bus that would take you to the Fish Fry for $1.25 each there and the same price going back. The Buses are located at Bay & Fredrick St.s.
