A lady is giving a party for her granddaughter, and has gone all out---caterer, band, and a hired clown.Just before the party starts, two guys show up looking for a handout.Feeling sorry for them, the woman tells them that they can get a meal if they will chop some firewood.Gratefully, they head to the rear of the house.Guests arrive, and all is going well with the children having a wonderful time.But the clown has not shown up, and finally, the clown calls to report that he is stuck in traffic, and will probably not make the party at all.The woman is very disappointed and unsuccessfully tries to entertain the children herself.She happens to look out the window and sees one of the guys doing cartwheels across the lawn.She watches in awe as he swings from tree branches, does midair flips, and leaps high in the air.She calls the other guy over and says, "What your friend is doing is absolutely marvelous. I have never seen such a thing. Do you think your friend would consider repeating this performance for the children at the party? I would pay him $50!""Well...," he responds, "I dunno...let me ask him... HEY WILLIE...FOR $50 WOULD YOU CHOP OFF ANOTHER TOE?"

I think, I'm going to lose my drivers license... and all just because of a police officer...The conversation went like this, when I got pulled over in my car:Officer: "License and registration, please, I think you are drunk!"Me: "I assure you, I did not drink anything."Officer: "Ok, let's do a little test! Imagine driving in the dark on a highway at night, when you see two lights in the distance. What is this?"Me: "A car."Officer:"Of course! But which one? Don't you think it's up to the captain to turn the ship back to port for the safety of vaccinated cruisers on board? I feel very sorry for those who come from all over the world to deal with this issue. It's just a 30 min. drive south for us; and I'm certain that RCL will compensate; but the audacity of those unwilling to vaccinate.

There is a question of trusting those around you if there are unvaccinated people onboard. My husband read that Royal Caribbean (parent company of Celebrity) said that if anyone on board the ship is found to be Covid infected, that the ship will return to port of origin. He doesn't remember where he saw it; I'm trying to research that now and will post here.
Now unvaccinated people -------- Is that fair to the 95% of cruisers who have been vaccinated?

We don't plan on wearing masks while on a Caribbean cruise, since we are fully vaccinated.
How do the cruisers determine who has had a vaccine or not? By their mask? Not !

Absolutely, "X" cant compare, by a longshot to Oceania or Regent.
I enjoy our $400 OBC plus paid gratuities, on every cruise + shareholder benefit.
You're probably thinking they're out of your price range, but look at the value. Plus, they don't nickle/dime you to death. Such as no add'l charge for specialty restaurants. So, do the math.
And, not to get off topic - YES, I did receive the survey. Oddly, my husband didn't.
