I have dined in NJ many times over the past 50 years .I have friends and relatives living all over the state and worked for a company located in Jackson but never came across a fish taco on a menu. -

In 2006 I visited a friend living In the Houston area.He said that a TexMex in his area was the best in the US.We went there for dinner one night .The food was great. -

Dave,I cannot recall the first time I had a taco of any kind.Growing up in Brooklyn one can find almost any kind of food . -

The first thing I do is to check to see if my cabin is ready. Next is a bathroom visit. After that is to get something to eat but never at the WJ. Next is to check that they have us seated with friends . By then it is time for the Muster drill.

Toby and I are celebrating our 56th.anniversary today. Although we had our first date 58 years ago we worked for the same company 61 years ago but never met.She worked on the third floor and I worked on the second floor.

I saw a very good movie this afternoon on Netflix that I hope will get an Oscar best picture nomination. RRR is the name of the film. It has won many awards .

I have every LP ever released by CSN,Crosby Stills ,Nash and Young and every one by the four plus Taylor and Reeves.I also have two LP’s by a CSN cover band .

I have been a huge fan of CSN since 1969.When they released OHIO I played it in my car as loud as possible with the windows wide open. In the late 80’s a CSN cover band from NYC appeared at a local club.After singing Almost Cut My Hair ,much to their surprise Graham Nash was at the club.He told them that their rendition of the song was the best he ever heard.

Today is Toby’s sisters 81st.birthday.We will be celebrating with her on Sunday .
