  1. We had same problem and were told it is because they are changing to a different eco fuel? Not sure what the real problem is but it is ship wide
  2. Hi we moved from 9314 to deck 11 1645, yes it was better. However it could be felt at various times around all the ship and restaurants. I was told no one had complained before about our room???
  3. Yes we found the vibrations really bad on our recent cruise(19-29 June) we had to move rooms because of it. We were told it is because they are changing to eco fuel? Not sure this is the reason, however it is definitely a known issue on Reflection
  4. Thanks for info I managed to cancel on line original 6 dining package, then went to re-book and said sold out!!! Panicked a bit then clicked on 7 package and got that instead which was still less than my original 6, so happy now😀 We too have done Aqua a number of times however feel the quality of food not up to specialist so prefer to get balcony dining package
  5. My dining package is £100 cheaper now I was told can’t cancel and rebook at the new price? Has anyone managed this?
  6. My IPad was telling me the same as you essential maintenance for 2 days! I cleared all cache and cookies on the web browser, shut down and started again and was able to log in as before. Hope this helps
  7. I have had no luck booking the Olive Grove or Beach House even though they show as being available to book? Not sure what is going on?…
