Yes, this is exactly why I'm comparing those two rooms. They are the only two available for both legs of the B2B. I don't think I'd want to pack up and move, although I know people do it all the time and it works out fine for them. That was the best part of our last (only) B2B. Being able to hunker down and not have to pack up at the end of that first week. :)
For us, it would be 1320. But we enjoy the balcony for breakfast and watching the views as we come into port. Also with this room we felt we had a better view as we left ports. But I'm sure others will voice their opinions also. If these rooms are open for your B2B, I wouldn't wait to long to book. Rooms disappear fast !
-
Personally, I would go with the GS. But I love being spoiled by the extra perks !
-
1320 is forward, and 1350 is aft of the hump.
I'm leaning toward 1350, but both appear to be nice.
I see you are doing a B2B on your Freedom cruise. People have posted on here if you get the same room for both legs, it is easier on turn around day ! I can't speak from personal experience, just passing that along. We are back on FOS right after you return. We had OS 1334 but switched to 1340. Enjoy your cruise !

We've been in both, and we preferred 1320 just because of the more forward view. It seemed like in 1350 as we came into ports, you had to really stretch out around the hump cabins to get a good view. We normally do the western cruise on Freedom.

We do the pre-cruise stay. We usually sail on either Freedom or Enchantment and enjoy going to Disney before the cruise !

I'd like to give positive feedback, but I've been to busy plowing out the driveway today. We have 6-10 inches forecast for overnight, so I'm sure I will have to get up early to plow out in the morning! Our long range forecast is for highs in the teens next week with more snow each day, but I will check in from time to time to see how that pesky tropical rain is doing ! Enjoy your cruise, and don't worry about that frostbite I got in my fingers !

Yes, we always tip $20.
-
What a relief ! Our cruise is after their break !
-
I'm guessing I would be upset too if they changed our cruise around. But not so much with this one. We have done FOS 6 times with only one Eastern, and will probably never do an Eastern again with her. We missed Coco Cay due to choppy seas and that was an expensive cruise for just two stops ! Also, if you want to put things in proper perspective , we have another winter storm coming Wednesday and Thursday, so while you are frolicking on the beach, we will be digging out, again ! Enjoy !

I'm thinking we would go with the GS also. Just for the extra amenities and room !

April. Right after the kids go back to school !

It has been said, but you won't need cash for onboard expenses. We do take a bunch of $1's and $5's for tips for bartenders and room service! You will be amazed at how service improves with extra tips ? Also, take extra tip money if you get off the ship on excursions. You will have to tip bus drivers or tour guided.... Are you Western or Eastern Caribbean ?

Funny, I've been on many cruises and have NEVER heard this type of conversation. I've spoken with many lovely people in both the concierge and diamond lounges and have no idea of their C&A status or their particular accommodations.
Strangely, in contrast to the original post, we went to the CL two nights on a recent Freedom cruise. The first night there was a nice size crowd, but still a few seats. The second time, we were the only people in there .
These Diamond-Pinaccle bashing posts seem to surface every few weeks or months. I don't know why.
M
I agree. Our last few visits to the CL on Freedom have been very quiet ! We must have timed it just right. It is nice to sit and chat with people, but if it ever gets to crowded, we head to a different bar to relax! We usually sail in a suite, and are D+ but have never felt that gives us special privileges . I prefer the Schooner bar to the CL anyway.

I hope it's fixed by our cruise next WEEK!
Good point....and good luck ! Enjoy your cruise ! ( my post should have said...she, not he ! )

Please let us know any rumors....or truth's you may hear about the new terminal. We heard it would be ready the end of the month. Maybe by the 28th ! Thanks, and enjoy.....we love the Enchantment .
-
He looks very pretty, sitting there all by herself ! Hope all is fixed by our cruise next year !
-
I think we are just over half for stopping at CC. If you want an almost guarantee for stops at private islands, try Labadee or a Disney cruise that goes to Castaway Cay. They are able to dock there !
-
You will love the Enchantment ! The crew is excellent. It's a lot smaller than Allure, but still a great ship.

Insurance is a good bet, if you can't or don't want to absorb the cost. For healthy, wealthy folks, it's probably a sucker bet.
Really ?? A sucker bet ? I'd like to know how you figure this ! We were literally headed out the door to catch our flight for our cruise when we got the call my Dad passed! Thank God I took that sucker bet !

We sailed on Wonder in Sept. and loved it for what it was ! We are kid less and enjoyed the adult areas, loved meeting the characters, thought the shows were a notch above anything we have seen on Royal. With that being said, we will definitely do another Disney in the future, but will never give up on Royal ! For us, there is so much more to do and see with Royal and we love the extra perks when we are onboard . We are very glad we tried Disney and will sail them when we can fit one in around our Royal schedule !
-
So sorry to hear this ! Thank God for insurance ! Had to use it once ourselves. Hope everything works out ok for you !

It's official "Majesty of the Seas will depart on its last three-night sailing for Royal Caribbean International on April 29, 2016. It will then enter dry dock before joining Pullmantur. With the addition of Majesty, Pullmantur's total passenger capacity will increase by more than 20 percent."
Just read the article in CNNmoney.com. April 29, 2016

Thanks everyone. Changed to 2:45 flight with everyone's advice. Cost me an extra $100 per person but with 5 kids in tow and such a big group, better to have more time and relax.
Thanks again, these boards are great!!!
Wise choice ! Even using private transportation, things can go wrong. We have done at least ten cruises out of PC, and always book an early afternoon flight. There is a lot to do at MCO to help pass the time .

As a New Jersey girl, I am very offended to see the new Quantum advertisement which says it "sails out of the Big Apple". Bayonne is NJ. Isn't New Jersey good enough? You would think RCCL wouldn't need to use false advertising for their newest and biggest ship!!!!! What's the deal????
If it makes you feel any better, we will gladly give NYC to New Jersey.......but no give backs !
Freedom Owner's Suite 1320 or 1350?

Congratulations ! If we had noise problems, I would have mentioned it, but I'm glad others chimed in ! I would only suggest if you are worried about noise at night, to bring ear plugs just in case !
