  2. From ncl

Across the Atlantic, the Norwegian Getaway, Norwegian Epic, Norwegian Jade, Norwegian Star and Norwegian Spirit will sail in Europe.

The Norwegian Getaway will return to the Baltic sailing nine-day sailings with ports-of-call that include Berlin (Warnemünde), Germany; Tallinn, Estonia; Helsinki, Finland; Stockholm, Sweden; an overnight in St. Petersburg, Russia and a day cruising past the Stockholm Archipelago.

The Norwegian Epic will return to Europe in summer 2019 to sail seven-day Western Mediterranean cruises, with embarkation available in either Barcelona and Rome (Civitavecchia).

The Norwegian Jade will spend her summer 2019 season cruising the azure blue waters of the Greek Isles and Italy from May 12 through October 24, 2019.

The Norwegian Star, which will undergo a refurbishment in spring 2018, will also sail the Greek Isles and Eastern Mediterranean, offering primarily seven-day cruises with a small selection of nine-, 10-, 11-, and 12-day sailings departing from Venice, Italy from May 12 through November 10, 2019.

The Norwegian Spirit will homeport in Southampton for the summer of 2019 and sail 10-day or longer itineraries to to the British Isles, Iceland, Norwegian Fjords, the Arctic Circle, and the Baltics.

  3. The Jade seems to be going back to the Med for 2019. I'm not sure what ship will be used for the Norway/Iceland/Britain cruises from Hamburg and Southampton.

The Spirit is currently missing from schedules after Spring 2019, so perhaps that is possible.

I assume that these will follow. It isn't unusual for some areas of Europe to follow quite a bit later.

Spirit will remplace the jade doing Uk ,island and Norway cruise

  5. If the last few years are any indicator (and they are), RCI will follow the policies that NCL seems most willing to roll out first. NCL just announced they will move to a 120 day final payment due date in the near future; I'd anticipate when their itineraries are released. Does anyone have any best speculation as to when Royal follows? I'll guess Royal adopts a similar policy any applies it to new bookings deposited after 3/1/18.

In Europe we pay 1 month before departure date [emoji14][emoji14]

  6. For the first time since 2014, Oasis of the Seas will spend the summer season in Europe when the ship repositions to Barcelona in 2019.

Further Europe ships will include Brilliance of the Seas, sailing Iberian Peninsula and Baltic/British Isles cruises from Amsterdam and a new fall seven-night Mediterranean itinerary from Barcelona.

Jewel of the Seas will operate Greek Isles and western Mediterranean routes from Civitavecchia (Rome), while Rhapsody of the Seas will sail from Venice to the Greek Isles or Greece and Croata.

Barcelona-based Vision of the Seas will offer 12-night Mediterranean and Venice or Mediterranean and Greek Isles cruises.

Serenade of the Seas will sail seven-night cruises to the Norwegian Fjords from Copenhagen, and to Scandinavia and Russia between Copenhagen and Stockholm.

In other Europe news, Royal Caribbean will chart four new destinations in 2019: Visby, Sweden; Zadar, Croatia; Portofino on the Italian Riviera; and Porto, Portugal.

From Barcelona, Oasis of the Seas will sail seven-night itineraries, visiting Palma de Mallorca, Spain; Marseille, France; and Florence (though the port wasn't specified), Civitavecchia and Naples, Italy.

After its Mediterranean summer, Oasis of the Seas will reposition to PortMiami for the fall and winter seasons. The ship currently sails year-round from Port Canaveral.

Europe cruises will be available to book the week of Dec. 11.
