I went to the royalcaribbean.com website and clicked on the 'My Cruises' link and logged in.

I clicked on the 'Plan a Cruise' menu and then on the 'Quantum of the Seas' link.

A beautiful video of the sea comes up when the page times out :-)

I figure that the itineraries would be first published to Crown and Anchor members and may not be viewable in the public site yet.

 

I was able to view itineraries but still only up till April- nothing past yet. I am only platinum though so do you think it will only be up for pinnacle and diamond + first? Gosh I hope not I have been waiting so long now.

I too have been checking every time I get a break. I wish they would hurry up already. It's getting ridiculous now.

Yes I know I am terribly disappointed. Perhaps it will be tomorrow. Let's pray that's true.

I'm waiting for Quantum for Summer too. June to be exact, cannot wait!

The summer 15 itineraries should be in this afternoon. I just spoke with crown and anchor and she said they are loading them in now and should be up this afternoon!! Finally!!:D

For those of you looking for the summer 15 Caribbean itineraries they are being loaded now into system. Spoke with crown and anchor just now and she said the quantum should be in this afternoon. :D

Please if anyone notices the bookings are up let us all know. I am trying to check daily but I work during day so I am not always available to check in here. I am excited and just want to book our rooms already. Let's go now RCCL- we are ready!!!

I am getting so very excited!! I hope they load bookings so we can book for sure this week. I have been waiting so long for these to open up. We are going with friends of ours and taking our 2 daughters to celebrate their high school and college graduate school graduations. So a lot to celebrate!! C'mom RCCL let's go I am ready with credit card in hand!!! :D:D

I'm waiting for bookings to open for August 2015. Do they open up at an earlier date for Diamond members? I want to book one of the family suites for six and they go fast!

 

Well usually that is only when a new ship just opens bookings- and since Quantum has already been booking doubt there will be an earlier date. I too am anxious to see what type of accommodations I can get too. We are looking at mid- June 15. I am excited to book this new ship and to know where it is sailing at that time. Would sure love some more information too!!

Last I heard something...was that the summer 15 itineraries would be out around March/April, is this still the consensus?? I really want to book and see where the ship might be headed mid-June. Any ideas yet?

I looked at the deck plans and was surprised that there were very few cabins that had the Pullman beds. The only one that I found was the family junior suite. Normally the Pullmans are only found on inside and ocean view rooms and not on the balcony rooms. The balcony rooms on all the ships that I have been on have the sofa bed.

 

If the girls are getting their own balcony then any of the rooms with a sofa bed would be fine as the beds can be made into 2 twins and then you have the pullout as the third bed.

 

Oh yeah, that's true I forgot about the beds having the ability to be split. thanks that makes it a bit easier

I have been trying to find the deck plans for balcony rooms that may have upper and lower berths/bunks. Planning on cruise summer 15 and taking 3 girls along to share a room- 2 of them can use the upper and lower and the other the bed- do they still have these as these girls each need their own bed- they can't share. So just trying to see if this ship will have that. Does anyone know?

Ok well perhaps that is true but it is still irritating to me that we don't know a little more about this ship- I mean at least the dining venues would be a start. I would also like to know when summer 15 bookings will open no word on that either- I am just getting frustrated not knowing anything and you have to admit its been awhile since we last got something real concrete and meaningful to get excited about.

Thanks everyone for the input. I too can't for life of me understand why the delay on revealing more aspects of Quantum. I think if they are not careful they may lose interest instead of gaining it. I am trying to plan cruise for summer of 15 and still nothing yet. I am hoping to hear something soon so I can begin planning. Seriously if they read our posts, please give us something and soon please. Thank you

Does anyone know of any of the dining options on Quantum?? I know of Michael's scheduled to be there but what about Park Cafe, Chops? Italian Restaurant- Portofino's vs. Giovannis Table ??? I don't know why they are waiting...does anyone have any input here??

still waiting to see what restaurants they will offer. I hope we get more news on this soon. It would be nice to know what the offerings will be. I love the Park Cafe and would love to see if on the new ship

I have never seen it so I am very excited and I do love the music from it. :D

There will be a focus on music- w/ship being called, Anthem. There will be 2 special venues with intimate seating to experience the best of this. That's about it in addition to the other venues we know about already

Well not too much inveiled. Thought it was going to last 2 hours I guess not. All we know is that home port is Southampton and in Winter sail to caribbean. And also that music will be a main focus on this ship. Was really hoping for more. Oh well

Getting excited!! Less than 40 minutes to go!!! Wahoo!!! I hope we hear some realy great news and updates :D

Some folks from one of my Quantum roll calls are attending the event..their invite says 4-6pm. They have said they will post asap and I am sure someone from CC UK office will be at the event also so we should know all in a few hours.

 

As it is a RCCL UK media event I would say it relates to Anthem not Quantum....Anthem -Homeport -Southampton. With Richard Spacey helping to bring out the ship and Joff Eaton as the main CD.

 

Hey there Liz...how the heck are you??? This is exciting. We have been waiting for any kind of news- but esp. on the dining venues to be offered. Was hoping that the Anthem would be based in US but it appears that this will not be the case. Still looking for the release of the summer 15 itineraries for each ship and when we can book them?? We are planning on a big cruise for both our girls who are graduating....Sarah from grad school and Rachel from high school- yes indeed- can you believe it Liz, our little Rachel from the Oasis graduating from high school. Where does the time go??? So excited for this announcement. Might you have the link to this at 12 PM??
