Regal Princess what’s that blank space? Balconies connect? C742/743

I would love to hear someone’s personal experience.

Anyone know if these balconies can be opened to each other or is that real dead space?

Thanks

Check out this photo posted by dmwnc1959. It appears that there is only one divider between the two balconies and you have extra space. The same is true for Aloha, Riviera, and Marina decks but, for some reason, not for Baja deck.
