Lunch at Atlantis Aquaventure

Hello fellow cruisers!

Fam and I will be sailing late February and want to visit Atlantis and the water park. I've looked at buying the pass directly from the resort, and it's $60 per person cheaper than from Carnival. BUT buying through Carnival includes lunch, where as I don't see any information about lunch when I look at the resort website.

My question is, am I going to eat up that savings buying lunch? We probably won't do much drinking there (save that for the ship), but will need to stay hydrated and refuel.

Any information would be greatly appreciated! Happy sailing, y'all!

In my opinion, you will not eat up the savings buying lunch. I booked the Atlantis tour, including lunch and water park, with Carnival a couple of years ago. The lunch coupon gave me the option of a couple of different places in the pool area. Each family member got a combo (sandwich, fries, and a drink). There is no way the combo was anywhere near $60. Even if you factor in paying for transportation to and from Atlantis, you should come out ahead.
