Price of Drinks on Breakaway..Not a beverage package question

This is not a beverage package question. Trying to budget and we drink wine, beer and the odd rye, rum , vodka with soda water. No fancy drinks. Wondering the best way to do this. We are deciding between adding corks and caps or just paying. We are not big drinkers but it is the holidays and we will indulge. I can not seem to find a drink menu of basics with costs

Yes mocktails are available, and they used to run about $6 to $8
