Oasis question

Does anybody know what brand champagne they have on the Oasis in the bars and is it included in the drink package which I assume drinks up to $13 are included, how much is a glass of bubbly?

Also, is Solarium Bistro open the first day boarding and does anybody know the breakfast and lunch hours there?

There is at least 1 champagne that is under the $13 and included in the drink package.
