Bilbao, Spain Cruise Vlog - A Well Kept Secret!

Hi cruisers!

I have a travel vlog called "Rush Around the World" where I'm working to post vlogs from our most recent Transatlantic cruise aboard the Crown Princess.

So far I've posted 7 vlogs, and have a few more to go. I just posted the Bilbao port vlog today! Bilbao is a stunning city, and is a well kept secret. It's pristine, has fantastic food, and provides all of the charm of Europe.

But to use the word "secret" together with Bilbao is wrong. With places like The Guggenheim Museum I wouldnt exactly call it a "well kept secret!".. :)

And the fact that the Vizcaya Bridge is a Unesco World Heritage site :)

Considering an Iberian that includes Bilbao and Lisbon so this was very helpful. How close is Bilbao to the dock? I get the impression it's not walking distance.

It was about a 20-30 minute bus ride from the port, but the cruise line provides a free shuttle that runs very frequently and drops off/picks up right downtown. It is worth the visit!
