Paradise - Chef's Table Question

Hello all - My hubby and I are cruising on the Paradise to Cuba in April, 2019. I have booked the Chef's Table for us! This will be our first time doing the Chef's Table. I was wondering if anyone knew when these tend to be scheduled (day/time).

Our itinerary is as follows:

Day 1 - Depart Tampa 4PM

Day 2 - Key West 12PM-6PM

Day 3 - Havana - 8AM-2AM

Day 4 - Day at Sea

Day 5 - Day at Sea

Day 6 - Arrive Tampa 8AM

Is is safe to assume that the Chef's Table will likely be on one of our two sea days? I would hate to give up time in port to get back to the ship and get ready for dinner. Also, what time does Chef's Table usually start? I know it's a 2-3 hour affair, so I assume it starts fairly early (maybe 5 or 6PM). We are typically late dinner eaters on our cruises. So just trying to be prepared.

Thanks!

Almost certainly not on embarkation day. Other than that no way to know.

If you stop by the first day at the steakhouse they can tell you. You will get an invitation in your cabin with all the details.

I believe we met at 6:00 in the atrium lobby.

It's a real hoot, a lot of fun, a lot of interesting foods. Hope you enjoy!

No steakhouse on the paradise...maybe we could check with the Maitre'd instead?

I'm so excited to do it! We're both pretty big foodies and like trying new and interesting things. Plus the experience itself sounds amazing! We were going to do it on the Vista, but cancelled cause we had our little one with us. It was her first cruise where she could go to Camp and we didn't know how she'd take to it. So we wanted to wait until it was just the two of us traveling and we could really enjoy it and not be worrying about how she was doing.
