NCL Star; Family Suite; Butler

We are looking to book a Family Suite (Cat SJ) on the Star in October, 2018.

I read the cabin reviews on CC and people in Family Suites reported having a butler. However, I read the CC review on the Star and it states: "Guests in suites have a concierge at their service; guests in Penthouse suites have the added advantage of butler service."

So, what is the truth about butler service in Family Suites?

You receive the same perks as any other (S category on the star) suite so yes, you'll have a butler and concierge, along with breakfast and lunch in Modernos and special embarkation/debarkation arrangements. Whoever wrote that was either misinformed or just mistated the facts.
