(Don't) Ask Cunard

Cunard has corrected their on-line misinformation about laundry soap I inquired about https://boards.cruisecritic.com/showpost.php?p=54328255&postcount=37. Let’s see if I can up my score. I read that prohibited items include “Items not supplied by the Company containing any kind of heating element” https://ask.cunard.com/help/before-you-sail/not_allowed, but “You are of course, welcome to bring and use your own hair dryer” https://ask.cunard.com/help/fleet/hairdryers_onboard. Of course, unless it has a heating element! I suspect it’s the prohibition statement that needs to be revised. My real goal here is not to throw jabs at Cunard but to verify that curling irons/flat irons are OK to bring.

I always bring straighteners, after all, because if the rim around the plates, it is impossible for them to come into contact with any surface.
