early saver question

We haven't sailed with Carnival in a few years. I remember there was site I could pull up that helped me keep track of any fare reductions on our cruise I booked through their early saver program. Can someone refresh my memory on how to find this site? Thanks.

I am assuming that you have to call to have them confirm the pricing?

I've just done mock bookings to see the exact fare in the same category. If the new fare is lower then I put in the price protection form. It's worked for me twice for a cruise this August.

This is what I do as well. Took less than an hour for them to process my credit a few days ago.
