Questions-Deck 1 cabins Oosterdam

Booked on March 30 cruise with four people who have never cruised HA. After waxing poetic about HA service and smaller ships, (I've cruised on all but 2 of their ships, some multiple times) I am concerned over recent reviews of Oosterdam. My husband & I stayed in a NS April 2017 and loved the cabin and the ship. We didn't see any of the concerns, such as tired, worn, or dirty public areas/elevators, mentioned in 2018 reviews.

My travel mates couldn't afford NS or even verandah, so we've opted for E category, outside view aft on Deck 1. We've booked two cabins. Question is when were these cabins last refurbished? Has anyone stayed in this category or similar category on Deck 1 recently? How did you find the condition of the cabin and the ship in general?

I've informed my group that the ship is older, doesn't have all the gimmicks of the "floating resorts", and they appear to be fine with that. However, if these cabins have older TVs, sofas, drapes etc., I'd like to know, so I can prepare them. Do the showers have glass doors? We're in the E cabins that don't have a tub, which we all preferred. I did mention that the ship underwent refurbishment in 2018, but does anyone know what was done? Thanks, everyone.
