Excursion that is a little different.

It was years ago that we stopped here on a cruise, but we did an excursion on our own that involved a fairly long ride to a wonderful restaurant, and I believe, a few rooms. We had a snorkeling trip included with lunch. There were hummingbirds flying around outdoors. We are looking for a similar type of excursion in August when we will be in Roatan. Does anyone know of anything like this?

Paya Bay is a delightful place with a restaurant on a bluff, they may also offer a snorkel with lunch option or you could just ask them to add the snorkel.

There could be others I do not know about.
