Can't create MyNCL-account.

My wife has tried to create a MyNCL-account and got this respense from NCL:

"Do you have a Cruise booked with us at the moment? If you do can you please provide me with your booking number, if not, then at the moment you are unable create an account unless you have a booking."

Is this common? I have never heared that a booked cruise is necessary to create an account.

Since you have already cruised, she should already have a Latitudes number. That would be associated with her account. If you provide them with her latitudes number, perhaps that will help.

Thanks for your reply. We have given them her Latitudesnumber but that didnt help.
