Tonsoffun44 Posted November 1, 2017 #1 Share Posted November 1, 2017 In many pictures for the theatre there is a blue mat with the accessible symbol at the front row area. No elevator is shown on the deck plans, so does anyone know how someone in a chair/scooter gets to those seats? Rest of the theater has stairs. Though have never been on the Celebrity Equinox this is not an uncommon question as this is sometime an issue for other cruise lines depending on the ship. You need to arrive early at the theater and speak to a Staff Member. If there is accessible seating in the first row, in most cases a staff member will take you to a crew elevator and bring you through the emergency exit located for that area of the theater to access the seats. Crew elevators are not shown on the deck plans,
ZellaLamb Posted November 4, 2017 #3 Share Posted November 4, 2017 We have actually been to those seats. We accessed them on Deck two by going all the way to the end of the corridor. We were staying on deck two and decided to go exploring. :-) We did have to work our way through equipment and stuff. It might be best to ask a crew member.
