I've been checking around on this for you. I found a company called Sage Accessibility that gives island tours. From what I've seen, they are pretty pricey. Also, Depalm Tours has some wheel chair accessible tours. I don't know if that will work for you, but might be worth looking into. I've done other tours with Depalm and they are a good company.

The downtown area has nice sidewalks, but I haven't noticed if they have any ramps along the entrances. I hope that you are able to work something out. Let us know how it goes.
