has anyone been recently? For cruisers, is the Teen Cove park included, and can adults do this as well?

No no adults, there are restrictions From there website:

• Kids Adventure Park is for children ages 4-11, minimum height 4ft (1.2m)
  
• Teen Adventure Cove includes highly physically demanding activities, participants must be in excellent physical and mental condition. Alcohol not permitted. Slide n' Fly: ages 12-19, minimum height 1.2m (4ft), maximum weight: 100kg (220lbs). The Blob, Zip Line and Step Up: ages 12+, minimum height 1.2m (4ft), maximum weight 118kg (260lbs).
  

We went last year and loved it. We go every time we are in Puerto Vallarta.
