Just seen this offer does anyone know when this offer started? I know it ends tomorrow. But I just booked this week and seems like I don't qualify.

Since it is not an NCL offer, you are not likely to get any real info on here. That would be something that the TA is doing on their own.

Dunno, possibly mix up with direct marketing email from NCL on offered choice to select "Pre-Paid Service Charges" for 7-Day Hawaii ??

You will get a few places including a major company. But I was on my TA site which is most likely part of a bigger company when I had seen it.

On a lot of cruises my TA will pay your tips, but only on upper categories ie balcony and above

But will they pay your Daily Service Charge? ;)

Yes the Daily service charge, not other Tip's such as a bar tender, but they will prepay the DSC

We just returned from a Breakaway cruise which the daily service charge was supposed to be included and I'm not trying to get it refunded along with some OBC that was supposed to be included and wasn't. I spent about an hour on the phone with them while on the ship (was in a Haven so they let me use their phone) and nothing was taken care of. They advertise as "best" but not so sure now.

We recently booked with a TA and the package included 2 Free at Sea and prepaid room gratuity for 2 people in each room. It is a 9 night cruise, so this ends up being a decent savings!
