Yes they do. Even the inside cabins on the Sky have hair dryers.

What kind are they?

On the SUN (which is sister ship to SKY) the hairdryers are box type on the bathroom wall with hose (like vacuum cleaners). I hated it and bought a hand held hair dryer in the first port of call.

Yes, they are pretty bad. You can burn your hand on the hose before your hair is dry and the shower curtain can be problematic. THAT being said, they are 2 of our most favorite ships.

Yes they do, but very small and old! I would bring your own.
