When is ____ open? MS Amsterdam

Does anyone have an outline of the meal times/ bar and restruant hours on the MS Amsterdam? Future husband and I are honeymoon sailing in Alaska in September. We are both night shifters and tend to sleep in and stay up late. We were just wondering the offerings. TIA

"When and Where" shows the following...

Lido open at night from 5:30-9 pm and 10:30-11:00

The Crow's Nest is usually open the latest but the times are not listed.

Opening times may be different in Alaska.

The second seating dining for the Amsterdam last July was at 8:00 P. M. Open seating closed, I recall, around 9:00 P. M. or shortly after that. (I'm thinking it was 9:30 P. M., but not sure.)
