Always done big ship Haven - Epic & Bliss. Just booked H4 on Jade for 14 day TA. I know there’s no dedicated bar/restaurant, just Cagney’s for breakfast/lunch. Do we have options for embarkation other than Cagney’s? The same special escort service/priority on/off at ports? What else can you tell me? Thanks

Cagney's is the only haven option for embarkation lunch. The main dining room osheehans and buffet are of course other options. The concierge Omar is the best I have had across the fleet hands down. He will be based in moderno

In the morning for breakfast and also where you will go to be escorted to venues tenders and tours. I did not miss the haven restaurant or bar one bit! The mojito bar is also based in moderno. I loved the Jade! Ask me anything you would like to know!

Other than first day, never seen escort back on ship from NCL. MSC does though.

Jade suite experience "should" be better than large ships as less people although Haven proper area is smaller and no dinner area for you.
