eliana Posted May 16, 2018 #1 Share Posted May 16, 2018 We are currently on the Voyager on a cruise with about 10 sea days. There is no bridge instructor and thus no organised duplicate bridge in the afternoons. A great disappointment for us. We have cruised a lot on Regent and other lines and this is the first time there has not been a bridge instructor. The ship is full and maybe Regent did not leave a suite for a bridge instructor. If so it seems they are putting profit before pleasure to passengers.
DeepFreeze63 Posted May 16, 2018 #2 Share Posted May 16, 2018 Huh! The Voyager is in the Arabian Gulf on a longer than 10 day cruise.
DeepFreeze63 Posted May 16, 2018 #3 Share Posted May 16, 2018 Sorry, I miss-read your post; I now understand. Yes, its not usual for a long cruise. Please ask the GM about the situation. Many of us would love to know. Again thanks.
mom0f3 Posted May 16, 2018 #4 Share Posted May 16, 2018 We had a similar situation 3 years ago on a 16 night cruise with multiple sea days and after a number of passengers requested it they actually brought on an instructor mid-cruise. Of course that won’t be possible if all of the cabins are sold out. Sent from my iPad using Forums
