lindalo5032 Posted March 16, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 16, 2018 I'm Emerald Level but haven't sailed since 2011, and haven't kept up with current cruising info. We are thinking about a family cruise in 2019 on the Symphony and would like connecting cabins, with 3 in each cabin. But I see on the deck plan that connecting rooms are only for 3/4 people in one cabin and 2 people in the connecting one. I'm not finding any connecting rooms where you can put 3 in each cabin. Can I book 4 in the 3/4 room and 2 in the connecting room, then let my grandson come over and sleep on our sofa in the 2 person cabin? Wondering if this would be breaking any rules or be frowned upon by management?
cb at sea Posted March 16, 2018 #2 Share Posted March 16, 2018 It's done all the time. No worries! Once you've boarded the ship, they don't care who sleeps where. The only problem may be in the cabin for 2, there won't be a 3rd bed. If the 3rd person is a child, they may be able to sleep on the sofa.

Our grandson will be 7 and I thought he could just sleep on the sofa. It would be nice if they would make some of the larger rooms connecting, for situations like ours.
