Ok then, evidence certainly seems to indicate change in policy. Disappointing.

There is ONE thing you cannot use any OBC to purchase on board (besides using it for future cruises, evidently). If you want to play in the Texas Hold 'em tournaments, it's cash only.

I know this was your recent experience, but I believe the jury is still out as to whether this is new policy or not. I have always used obc for poker tournament entries. I will have another data point to add to the evidence in a month's time.

Just off the Silhouette this past Saturday. No problem whatsoever charging tournament entries to onboard account that had plenty of OBC.
