Cancelling an Ship Excursion

We have booked a HAL excursion for our September 13 cruise from New York to Quebec and now wish to cancel it as we've decided to do our own exploring. I cannot find anything on the HAL site (to be expected, I guess ;p) and phoning Seattle is not the easiest because we are in Australia and there is the time difference aspect. Any help would be appreciated.

If you get into your booking on the HAL site and then click on itinerary, a day by day itinerary in table format should appear. On the left of the table is the date and the port of call. On the right is the name of the excursion, the time, the people booked and finally " Cancel this EXC tour?" should be highlighted.

If you are not able to cancel online, you can cancel on-board. If you cancel on-board, within the cancellation deadline, you will get a ship-board credit in the amount of the excursion. I have done this on several occasions. It's much easier than trying to get it done online to me.
