Help with linking a cruise

I am trying to link an additional cruise but I keep getting the message “enable check in for planning and multiple cruise reservation”. I have 10 cruises already on it and trying to add the 11. I have looked all over but can’t find anywhere to enable it.

Not sure I understand, are you linking 2 different cruises. I have linked friends to our dining but not individual cruises. I would call whomever you booked your cruises with to link.

I guess I didn’t word it right. On had 7 cruises booked and all were already listed on my Dashboard. I booked 4 more. It only accepted 3. The 4th one I received the above message.

I would call whomever your booked through to get the other one linked. I have not linked that many cruises so sorry i couldn't be more help. The daughter & I do have a B2B in 2020 and working through my TA.

You should be able to add it with "link a missing cruise" on your dashboard. Supposedly they are automatically added within 15 minutes of booking. Otherwise I would call RCCL to add it.

I am also trying to do this. Not linking to any other reservations, just trying to add it to the dashboard. Frustrating :(
