One device at a time and Yes.

As Bob said, yes you can use a "one device" plan for both laptop and tablet. BUT, be sure you log off each time. If you simply shut the device down, it'll remain logged on for about 2 hours so your second device will be locked out for that period. If you have problems with finding a "logout" page, as I remember, simply type "logoff.com" on your browser. Or ask IT how to access it.
