Power adapter for Australians on Pride of America

Expect to find one usable 110 volts outlet (USA, 2 or 3 prong) and one 220 volts (European - 2 round pins) outlet in the typical stateroom on the POA. Do not pack or bring any extension cord with surge protection circuits for fire/electrical safety reasons. Ditto on leaving hairdryer home, the ones in the staterooms are fine & powerful enough for DW's shoulder length curly hair styling - BYO and risk tripping the safety circuit breaker & a lengthy wait for electrician to respond & to ask questions, as room steward aren't always able to reset it themselves on their own.

I recommend a dual voltage 5 or 6 port USB charger, mine is an older 4 port from Anker, high output rated to charge 4 devices at 2 amps & higher at the same time, use oem or certified equivalent lightning cables, so you will only need n use one outlet, either 220 or 110 volts ... and free up the other one. I carry both a 6' and 10' USB extension cable to extend the reach/run of those typical 1 meter/3 ft. usb cables.
