Required: Email address for C Edgington

Hi, I have tried two email addresses already but mail being returned. The two I've tried are:

and

Can anyone help please?

He did used to reply personally, but then too many people felt the need to go direct to him that you will now probably get an auto reply and it will be sent direct to customer services to deal with and reply (and I think they operate on a 21 day turnaround)

I have only had reason to contact him once and he replied, in person, on a weekend. I suggested to my TA, who was also involved in my complaint, that it was a minion that answered my e mail but they said that he actually does answer.OK he passed it to a named person at HO but I then received a phone on the next working day, as he had promised. Maybe the poor chap is fed up of all the minor complains that he is bothered with and not the really serious ones, which ours was, one that just might have made headlines in the press if we had been so inclined.
