Manhaten Pier to Newark

There is 4 of us in our family 2 adults 2 kids (13/8). Looking for a easy way to transfer to and from Newark airport. It looks like cabs and car services only let 3 people per car. Don't want to transfer or use mass transit. Has anyone used Go Airlink? If we used there shared ride it would be under $80 for all four of us. The SUV is twice that price ouch. We are not in a big hurry flying in at 7pm a couple days before the ship leaves. Our departing flight is at 220pm the day the ship docks. Has anyone used Go Airlink from NY pier back to EWR was it a long wait for them to fill the shuttle. Did they go anywhere other then EWR on your way? Any other suggestions?

What time is best to book for pick-up at the pier? Our ship is in at 8am. Our flight isn't till 220pm from Newark. We are sailing the NCL Jewel so we can do self disembarkation but don't want to rush getting off if it mean sitting at the airport forever. We Disembark on Oct 15 and I think there are 3-4 ships in port that day.

How much would the tolls be? What is the customary tip per bag or a % of rate?

Book a pick up for about 10:30. Figure about $10-12 for tolls. Customary tip is 15 to 20% of the fare. When you book be honest about the number of bags you expect to have, because if you may not be able to get that relatively cheap mini van fare if you have too many...you might have to be bumped up to a larger vehicle. If you try to book the $64 mini van for four passengers on their Web site, they won't let you do it if you have more than 5 pieces of luggage.
