Will the Royal transfer buses from the airport to the cruise port accommodate a scooter? We’re not looking for an accessible ramp, only the ability to break the scooter down and store it with the luggage.

yes, they use the Greyhound type buses. Plenty of storage underneath with the suitcases. But you will have to climb the steps into the bus, they don't have a handicap lift.
